LCD Replcement

Dear Mr. Moon B.Sin,

Totally disappointed with your product and services.

I had purchased 26" LCD in Jan and within warrant period, its panel was to be repelaced which took almost 2 months time after continuous chase. Your Marketing and sales staff kept on giing false promises and finally replaced panel ealry january.

Not sure about product quality I spend additional Rs.5200/ - for 3 years warranty. After 6/7 months, its panel stop functioning . teachnical staff conveyed that it can not be repaired as part is not available. Finally your staff at Mumbai - Mr. Salvi and Mr. Manish agreed to give replacement of TV by 2nd December. When I contacted today (6th dec) no reply for date of deleivery is forthcoming.

This is the state of affair of your company. Please note that I am toatllt fed up of your company and product and endless chase is frustating. If I donnot get replacement within 48 hours, I shall proceed with serving notice and refer the matter to consumer court with copies to print and electrnic media at your cost and consequences which please note.
