Window ac falling within 3 years, complaint lodged on 12 April first visit after 4 days after which I was told the compressor has to be changed.
The mechanic came to pick the ac on 22 April after a gap of 10 days.
The AC was returned in the same condition after about a further week, and after complaint was picked up again after about 3-4 days.
I have called more than 10 times to check up the status, I have not recieved any call from any personnel of LG.
I understand that products can sometimes malfunction, but the absolute lack of service and customer support of LG over the last one month reflects the attitude of the company, irrespective of the products they offer.
