VEGETABLE BASKET REPLACEMENT IN REFRIGERATOR

Dear Sirs,

I had contacted several times your LG Service Centre and have spoken to LG Officers at Jaipur and regret to inform that categorically informed that they will not be able to help to replace the Vegetable Basket which I had purchased Single Door Refrigerator Model No. GL265GL (AMSQEBN-(IN), the Vegetable basket No. 043390JF1017 has broken and i had approached service centre at Jaipur and LG Call Centre. On contacting I was informed that they have discontinued the above model and as such it will not be possible to replace. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS LG OFFICERS INFORMED THAT AFTER 5 YEARS THEY REPLACE THE MODEL AND DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPARES/ACCESSORIES.

Please note that we in India do not buy a product for 5 years and replace the same we people take for life time which can run atleast 20 years.

We have requested several times to send the above model vegetable tray to your Jaipur Service deptt. Office so that the same can be replaced and for this we are ready to pay the amount.
