Dear Sir/ Madam
I bought an LG LCD 32" TV 3 months back, and recently around 10 days back something went wrong with the TV. The LG technician who came to inspect the TV had no idea what was the issue. He later consulted with the service center and told that there was somethning wrong with the control panel and that the whole part needs to be changed. For the part to arrive from Noida it would take 10 working days (I am wondering why it should take 10 days for a part to be couriered while we know know that international shipment takes only over 3 to 4 days). Anyways the service center offerd to give a stand by TV until my TV was repaired. Now, when this standby TV that arrived was a 1942 model, was broken with no remote and the technician didnt even know how to fix it. I was given the reference no as: RNA110825009337.
