Sub-standard Services of Company

I had purchase LG LCD. but it is incurring some technical problem i.e. it is not working. I had complained Company Several times via telephone and via internet. The complaint No is "C1082503503" dated 25/08.

But, it is still un-attended. The company is throughing the "Cheap Responses"

At every instance, they give promises and new deadlines, but nothing happens after that.

I am helpless and felt cheated by LG Electronics India. Give them an appropriate Lessons so that they may not dare to give such kind of hassarement
