No response from service centre

Espected sir,

I had brought three mobiles of same model (gm200) for my office use and all three showed similar complaints right from the beginning and i had complained to the service centre guys and they remarked that these model had the same complaint and issued a doa for one and it has been four week since and they have not taken any action for the other two kindly help me regarding the same issue
