Repair of my Washing Machine

I have a LG washing machine (fully auotmatic, front load) It was bought in Feb. On 22Dec it stopped working, so i registerd my complaint with LG cust care (RNA no 111222029382) They sent a technician 2 days later, who went away saying that the PCB board needs replacing. I agreed to pay for it. After that another technician came with a PCB board, which he said is defective, so he will come back later with a 'good' one. This was on 25Dec. Since then I have stopped getting any communication frm LG. I have been calling Cust care, the Service Centre as well as the technician. Let me stress here that it is near impossible to get thru to any of the above. it requires a lot of time n patience. What is frustrating is that NOBODY can tell me what or when this will get resolved. I bought this machine fr over Rs40000/...they told me this was one of their top line products. Anybody who runs a home with 2 school going children can understand my trauma... not to mention, unnecessary laundry bills!! CAN ANYTHING BE DONE???
