AMC call not turned up

Sir,

I took AMC for refrigerator Model: GL-241Nm4 on 2nd October and so far only one time AMC call was attended by technician, after following up with customer care contineously.

As per AMC, once in quarter AMC all should be attended.

Poor service by LG. So pls. take necessary action aganist LG and kindly do the needful.
