Not Giving Service After AMC

Dear Concern

Here I am not at all satisfied with LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, as last month I made a payment as a AMC (Annual Maintainence Charges) of Rs 4080 for two years for my split A/c n now after one month there is leakage of gas into it. And I made a complaint for the same on 14 April n they took my outer machinery on 16th, friday n till that day to today they simple making me fool that we will return today or tomm. I am really sick from them n i really made many calls to them but no response was received from them. And They gave me two nos also, one is switched off n other was always busy. Once I talked to his Manager sunil, but not not given me any status. Now I don't want any service from them n returned my amount back as i am fed up from this Lg service centre people.

Please Help me/ advice me for the same.
