AC HAVING PROBLEM OF DROPPING WATER INSIDE THE ROOM

This is to inform you that, i was very satisfied with your service earlier and gone mad, because started using your seven products and planning for third WINDO AC for my HOME.

But, i am sorry to say your quality of service is detoriating day by day... as i have purchased second AC (SPLIT) I HAVE STARTED GETTING PROBLEMS even after six months..like unusal sound, cooling problem etc... which is solved at last.

BUT... i am not able to understand how to come out with the problem (split AC dropping water inside the room, and keep embarrassing me) which i am facing since last six to seven months... which makes me impatient.

My request to you is, kindly arrange to solve the problem at the earliest or tell me what to do...
