Defective performance-Frost free fridge full of ice formmation

Brand New fridge of LG Electronics bought from M/s.S.C.Shah & CO P Ltd, Annanagar, Chennai on 22.12.2009 Model GL 405 YMQG4 has stopped functioning in full from to day afternoon. ONLY THE Freezer portion gets cool and the tray below the freezer portion is warm.

The above problem has already occurred on 22.01.2010 and complaint registered vide complaint number C1011929614. The probelm was attended by technician Mr. Samraj after complaining twice. He managed to clean the pipe carrying ice and confirmed that a switch needs to be changed.

After paying Rs27200/= for the fridge, I am shocked to hear that a switch needs to be replaced.

I have a stong feeling that the fridge supplied to me is inferior and hence I am requesting you to direct the manufacturer who is responsible for giving me a bad quality product.
