Very poor service and fooling customers

My name is Ranjit panda staying in LIG-818, housing board colony, sector-5, saddu.

I have purchased a washing machine from Shriram electronics of LG brand model no-WP-95162D on Friday the 4th of February. I have been waiting for a service person to come and give the demo and finish the paper work of the above said machine since that day, as my warranty card has also not been signed and stamped by the dealer saying that it would be done only after the service person comes and installs or gives the demo of the machine. I took the the ID of the call which had been logged by the dealer at the service center for the demo and been continuously calling the service center for the demo till at last they stopped picking up my phone yesterday in the evening. I feel very sorry for my self and repent for the mistake i have done by purchasing the machine of this brand with such pathetic customer service .please do some thing about this and help me out.
