Very poor service

Dear Sir.

I have brought an LG washing machine from ur esteemed company on 24th Oct. Barely 4 months later the machine has been giving me problems. Inspite of lodging a complaint since February on1800-180-9999 noone has come to check the washing machine. I had bought the machine from LG chembur near shoppers stop

LG has promised a 10 year warranty on their products and I not only buy ur products but I also recommend ur products to family and friends. I am extremely disappointed this time with the service provided and I do hope that my machine is replaced with a new one. Looking foward to hearing from you.
