Complaint no get resolve

My Name Vikas Kaushik a regular customer of LG household products. My Home TV set is not working and I logged a complaint on near about 12/11 to LG customer service Center Delhi. My complaint no. is RNA111117083004.Service engineer Mr. Subhash had visited my house to rectify the issue on 19th Nov., after his visit he told me some part is not working and we have to replace it. Accordingly I drop the system on the same day). and mr. subash gave me his seniors no. and that number was of Mr. Anil and his number is (9711359707). I called up on given number so many time but didn't get response and he even could not pick up call and once he picked my call on 26th Nov. then he says that my problem get resolve on same day and after that no one came to my place to check the system. Then i again called to Mr. Subhash who visited very first day to my place, subhash again gave me another number of his team leader Mr. Deepanshu and his number is (9711359856) but i called up on this number and again he also didn't picked my call for 2 days.after that I am not able to get a proper feed back / responds from the service center. So please go through the job no and advice / mail me when can I get my complaint resolve. If you are not able to rectify the issue please return it.
