Dear Sir,

This is just for your kind information that I have purchased a mobile hand set LG GD 510 from siddharth comunication, Gole Ghar Gorakhpur on 29/05 but after few days his touchscreen had been dead so I had complaint about that but service Center of LG ETERNAL ELECTRONICS, 33 KASIA ROAD, PANDEY COMPLEX, OPP- D.I.G BAN GLOW, GORAKHPUR. told me that he has no any LCD pad so he is unable to solve my problem at present.

Sir, this is just for your kind information that I am in touring job so I can not wait for more than two days because my all nessary calls and massseges comes on that purticular number. So I told him please exchange my set or reumberse my money because i am not satisfied with your product which is only 10days old. He totaly dienaid and told me it is imposible.

So i want to know that i am loosing my bussiness so who is resposible for that and who will provide me money of that very loosing bussiness.
