Poor product and service

I purchased a lg gd510 phone on 31-12 from pilibhit (u.p.) from the second day it is having a problem of poor battery backup and phone gets auto restarts several times.

i took it to LG service center, BANSAL TELECOM in phagwara but no satisfactory service is given, i was asked to leave my phone for 1 day but after 4 days also they are not able to answer clearly.. since i am a student i dont have much time for regular visit to their service center, even though i have maked 3-4 rounds over their and I am fed up of this now.

I want either to replace my handset or to refund my payment.
