I had purchased a LG refrigerator model GL-548YSX4 & S.N-004LPGE000511 from your esteemed dealer M/S DEVI ELECTRONICS, DUELA, SOUTH PARGANAS, W.B on 12/10/010 vide Bill Book no.465. During the initial stage after installation the ref. started creating problems of not cooling in the lower part. The matter was reported to your consumer care centre. from last 3 days the eng.is coming & suggested to replace the heater & even today it has not been replaced and now they are not receving our calls. The vegetables are getting sauugy and destroyed.

i could not understand that only 1 month has passed that i have purchased the ref & it is getting problem. why they are giving such kind of ref. and harrasing the customers.sorry to say that such a reputed company is misguiding customers. my complain no.is C10B

200317 & C10B 2403391. on 26-11-10 i have called 50 times to the service dept of Taratalla Branch but no one has responded to it.

kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. and even if it is not attended seriously i have no option but to go to the consumer court early
