Egarding replacement of mobile set

I had buy LG GM200 mobile phone on 29/08/09.The day i hav purchased the mobile it is having problem of hanging. i had given the mobile 5-6 times to service center but the problem of hanging of mobile is not solved.sir, i want the replacement of the mobile phone because same problem is coming again & again but the service center reply that there is no rule of replacement of the mobile set.pls help me as my warranty period is going to over in september.
