Poor and unprofessional customer care

I had bought a lg gm200 mobile phone last year. The phone has been experiencing problems since the first day i bought it, but since it had 1 year warranty it wasnt a problem. After a few day after the warranty period, i was again forced to visit the customer care center. They told me that the phone's board has fried and need to be replaced. I agreed to it, and asked me to come after some days. After a couple of days when i got there they told me that it wasnt ready since they had ran out of stock. They told me to come after i week. Again i went again i got the same reply. Then i asked them to call me when its ready. So after nearly a month since i gave the phone, i got a call from them and the date was 20 april. I went there and got the phone. When i came back home and checked the phone after recharging i was surprised to find messages in the inbox dating to 16 april. Some messages from UNINOR mobile service and some ridiculous love messages. I was also found a new song and 2 new photos of some strangers in the phone memory. What is the meaning of this??? I gave ma phone for getting repaired and this??? Now i am having doubts whether the phone had any problem or not. I would like someone to look into the unprofessional attitude shown by them.
