Hi,
I am Ratnesh Pandey from PUNE, Maharashtra. I have purchased the LG GM200 handset on 10-11- 2010.
I have paid Rs. 3650/- for the features like- FM radio with RDS, built-in antenna, 3.5mm jack Dolby Surround
Sound Technology…etc. But hardly have used these features because the never worked properly since week 1.
Since i purchased the set, its FM has never worked and have tried so many jacks but didn't got the appropriate
sound. After almost every week some of its key-pad button stops working.
I have contacted to service center :-
Horizon,

but they always keep promising that they have ordered its MOTHER BOARD.
But since last six months it never came, i don't know weather they didn't have proper communication with their supplier
or LG has stopped manufacturing the parts. Now my Warranty is ending in November.
In this periods I am very much upset & frustrated with the functionality of my hand set. The shop from where i got it,
says contact to LG Service Center, service center says you directly call LG. If i have to do all these things then
why LG is spending so much on these service centers??
I Need my money back ASAP and i'll make sure that no one in my contact buys any LG product because
your Products are faulty, your service is not up to the mark and above all I am not satisfy with the kind of
negligence shown by your complete CHANNEL.
The only thing i want to say to you is I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP and if you also can't do any thing
regarding my problem then tell me who is the last person to contact.
