Not having good service centres in indore

Dear sir,

my mobile is having problem regarding the fm radio, i visited 2 service centres in indore, but no one is intrested in checking the issue regarding it... they are not even interested in evaluating my device... all other mobile companies are giving much more attention to us... so kindly ask them to take some initiative regarding it... and please help me in solving my issues.
