Egarding technical issue

I am shyam sunder reddy, My father had brought a LG mobile of model GS102 on 17/09 from one of the retailer in my home town, from the date of the purchase of the mobile we are facing lot of problems regarding, i.e " the mobile is switching of itself ", " from 01/01 onwards we are not getting any date by itself, when we tried to adjust the date there is no use the date format is dd/mm/yyyy, the mobile is displaying as 152/93

I want LG to solve the technical issue of my mobile or replace it with a new mobile
