Egarding technical issue

I am shyam sunder reddy my father had bought LG mobile hand set of model no GS102 on 17/09 from nearest retailer in my home town. The mobile has lot of technical issues from date of its purchase, The issues are (from the date of its purchase the mobile is switching of by itself, and from 01/01 the mobile is not displaying date when we tried to adjust it manually it is displaying as 152/93, the format is DD/MM/YYYY

I want LG to solve my technical issue or to replace my mobile with a new one
