More than 5 days and still installation not completed

What a Shame!!! After more than 30 calls and 5 days, I am still not able to get my products installaed. Customer Care gives the number of service station which is always switched off.

Person comes for AC installation and mistakenly brings equipment for installing split AC and not window AC.

TV person says he will only install TV and someonce else would come for Home Theatre. No one calls/ turns up.

Tell me one good reason why should I not do a stop payment for the cheque that I issued???
