Washing Machine Service (RNA110801070171)

We had purchased the washing machines fully automatice front loaded of LG made from Vijay Sales in Mumbai in July. July this year we found smoke is coming out from the machines so we stoped it.

After that we regestered the service request on line with LG which got acknowledged by the company with complain number as RNA110801070171.

Till now no service engineer has visited. I am wondering how a big company like LG is going to afford such poor service.

I request Mr. Lakshmikant Gupta, Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer, LG Elecronices who is now from today started a progarmme called compaign on wheels, to look into it and do the needful.
