Installation guidelines not provided

I have bought LCD TV way back end of 2008 at Dehradun. Since this TV had wall mounting as well base mounting I initially opted for Base mounting by my own resorce. Now i am relocated to bangalore & looking installing my TV on wall. I have all the tools & necessary attachmnets available. The information provided is not at all sufficient in guidelines. If call up service centre I am being charged more than 700/800 Rs.

When i pay morethan 70000/- I have every right of information to be provided which is my consumer right.

Why cant i demand Rs 70000 as compensation towards mentally agonising to me apart from not providing the necessary information.

I have registered complaint & in response i recieved email also from person called SUNOJ MATHEW & also rudely speaking person called chandrakant bearing the Mobile No 9739983489.
