Refrigerater break down

We bought LG Side by Side fridge costing 75K in Feb which started giving trouble before end of warranty period. Broke down thereafter frequently and now totally out of order past two months. The local service office, Central complaint at Ho at Gurgaon and email and letter to MD has not yielded any result. Can any one suggest how to deal with this rogoue Company?
