Poorest service for AC

I have been trying to get my AC fixed for last 15 days. It seems with in a month of installation (by LG guy), the gas has leaked, and now there is no one to resolve it. The customer support keep on saying somebody will call up, but of no use. I will recommend nobody to buy any LG product .. AVOID it at any cost, Bad products, worst service...
