LCD TV not working with in Guarantee period

This has ref to the complaint mentioned above. I am a loyal customer of LG and I have all equipments (TV, Fridge, DVD player, hometheatre system of LG). I had a problem with LCD TV within the one year Guarantee period. The complaint was lodged on 12 July. The response od your service engr was very poor. Your service engineer attended and mentioned that the panel is faulty and needs to be changed. We followed up for almost 10 days and then the panel was replaced. The TV still did not function after a few hours the service engineer left. The screen went blank... with a lot of follow up the service engineer (Mr. Brijesh) kept promising me every day that he would visit the next day... the next day never came. Finally, service engineer visited on 31/7 to inform us that the mother board is faulty.
Customer complaint no C1071234834 dt 12 July for LCD TV (with in the guarantee period) has not yielded results even after 2 visits of service engr and the TV remains stopped till date.
The TV is in non working condition from 12th July. Out of the 3 main components (power supply, panel and mother board) 2 components have already failed.
Brand LG promises "Life's good " for customers by assured maintenance service. This has not been my experience till date and I urge LG to raise to the Brand promise printed on the catalogs.
As a loyal customer I demand that the TV be replaced with a new one to give me trouble free performance.
We would appreciate a response in return.
