Complaint regarding Split AC

Electronics and household app.

To Marketing Manager of LG India,

I had bought a LG split AC in month of April. The ace worked fine till july when i 1st faced a problem of cooling. I register a complaint for the same and noted that their was a problem of gas leakage. This problem was attended by the LG service center team. The problem was solved at that time.

However, barely after a months time, i faced the same problem again. I had registered a call on 16th Sep 2010 for the same. However, still after 10 days there was no action taken by the service center team. I had also asked for the replacement of the product, since this was a case of a repeated problem of gas leakage.

I had a word with Mr. Prakash Pandit (ASM) who confirmed over the phone to replace the damaged part. WHen i asked him to confirm the same over the email he has failed to do so. Request you to please look into this matter seriourly.

I would like to ask LG India, is this the type of products that you provide and this is the kind of customer care support you provide us.

Request you to please look into the matter and provide us with a replacement.
