Washing Machine No Service

A LG Front Loading Washing Machine was purchased 7 years back, and there is a breakdown of the machine and after lodging a complaint with the customer care, they have informed that the part bis not available and hence could not be repaired. All the mails requesting them to to put it in mail has no response.

Kindly help mein sorting out this issue.
