Installation of LCD TV

Well I was never convinced about the quality of LG product, and one of my friend has gifted me the 32 inch LCD TV, wanted to installed new TV properly and than called up LG customer care, (my request ID is C10A2200245) and I was informed the TV would be installed with 24 hrs. Now more than 50 hrs passed by and still waiting my TV to be installed.

Some local agency called me and fixed up the time on very first day, that too has not turned up. I have posted 5 calls till now and apart from assurance nothing has happen.

Difficult to understand how these guys play with emotion, worst experience given by a well reputed company.
