Arrogant behaviour of LG Service Person and Mishandling of Service

Electronics and household app.

I own LG Front Load washing machine (WD-80495NP) since Oct. Here is chronology of events regarding the fault and mishandling of the service request from LG people.

1. The said machine got a fault and was unable to start giving "dE" error, which to me looked like failure of door sensor after looking at the handbook. I launched a complaint on 6/11 at 9:00am at your 1-800 number and was given id C10B0600272. I was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours as per LG company guidelines

2. Nobody showed up on 6th and 7th. Finally I called 1-800 number again on 8/11 morning and got Pune's local service center number (020-4014-9444). I called this Pune local number and requested to attend to the problem at earliest

3. The person Mr. Franklin (90490 05285) came to my home without any prior intimation and asked me to come home from my office failing of which he said he will not attend the complaint on the same day (i.e. 8th) but will only come next day (i.e. 9th). I had to rush to home leaving my office work aside. he just inspected the machine and said he will come with the part tomorrow (i.e. on 9th)

4. Mr. Franklin did not show up on 9th and so I called him. He said that the part has not arrived and he can't make any repair until tomorrow (i.e. 10th). When asked, i got his supervisor's number. He gave me some Mr. Ajay's number (7875 550235) who verbally MISBEHAVED with me and used FOUL language. When I told him that I will complaint to LG head office - he said "nobody can do anything to him". IS THIS THE KIND OF TRAINING LG GIVES TO THEIR PEOPLE?

5. Then I called 1-800 number for Pune incharge's contact details. I was given Ms. Shweta's number (98233 17024). I talked to her. He had been polite. But she told me that nothing can be done until tomorrow (i.e. 10th) or day after tomorrow (i.e. 11th) because the spare part is not available

Here are some questions to LG:

1. What action would you take against Mr. Ajay who has behaved unprofessionally and unethically?

2. Why it is taking more than 120 hours when LG guarantees any services within 24 hours?

3. Why is spare part of one of the largest selling machines not available at Metro city like Pune?

4. How will you compensate the failure to provide service and causing inconvenience to me and my family for more than 5 days now?

5. What action would you take against the person who is overall responsible to handle the service request. I don't know if this is Ms. Shweta or Mr. Ajay?
