Non repair of microwave oven

A complain for repair/replacement of switch board of my microwave oven, type mg607apr was lodged with lgindia call centre 18001809999 on 27 jun vide 110627061630.no repair was done and a repeat comlaint was registered on 4 jul.there was no action and the call centre was contacted again on 8 jul . iwas told that comlaint dt 27 jun has been cancelled on advice of service centre.no firm date or surity of repair was given.on their advice contact with one mr sameer at9899302623 did not ellicit any satisfactory responce.the repair has not been carried out till date.
