I am very sorry to write this feedback. This is regarding the washing machine i bought of LG. I have logged this complaint on 1st december. Even after considering 1st as an holiday, My machine is still not fixed. The Service center 9867266084, the person Sameer, he is never actively gives any input no fix schedules nothing. After an hour of attempt to call the number, which is mostly busy. Once i get through unless i ask about the status, he would never tell me. He is good in talking i would suggest him to be proactive in letting me know the status. Plus comming back to complaint. My machine is broken since 1st december and today is 5th, they are still far away from fixing it. the technicians are never on there promised time, they dont even let us know if they will come late, Does LG expect the customer to sit at home just waiting for the technicians?
lastly I have faith in LG and will appreciate if someone looks into this.
