No response after purchase

Sir, i have purchased one LG refrigerator in the month of june. On friday one representative came and said i from LG company like to see your Model and modify it. My wife was alone and after seeing his ID card she allowed him to do. But sir soory to say that my refrigerator was working perfectly all right before it but after doing that it is not cooling. I have made several complaint to ur service centers but nobody have come yet .. They say our representative will contact u within an hour or two.. but it passes more than 48 hours.. I am sorry to say that i am not at all satisfy by ur services... I m working as a senior scientist in National Botanical Reserach Institute, Lucknow
