Ac's not working after taking AMC from LG

Hi,

we are the consumer of LG India, we are using two tower AC's of them since last two years and from the day one my Ac's are not working fine which i have been telling LG from the day one. After completion of one year warranty they suggested us to go for AMC with them to avoid further problems.

But after AMC also my problems are not resolved and still the Ac's are not working. Everytime we are registering compalints with there customer care and there engineer visit's but problem doesn't gets resolved.

please suggest.
