Improper SERVICE

My name is Sooraj and i had given my LG DVD player for repairs. The problem was the power board. They changed the SMPS and returned it back. But NOW THERE IS NO AUDIO NOR VIDEO OUTPUT. They tested it infront of me by JUST SWITCHING it ON with NO TV to check its AUDIO or VIDEO. When i called them regarding the same, they told that it is the T.V's fault, but when i told the T.V works fine, they told it may be the AV Cable's fault, i changed the AV cable and tried, still it's not working. So i lodged a complaint in their toll free no 1800 180 9999 on 11th nov, still no response from their side. NAME OF THE SERVICE CENTRE IS " TECHNO CARE", Calicut, Kerala.
