Replacement of AC

Electronics and household app.

I had purchased a Window AC from Big Bazaar on 15.4.2010 (Model No. LWA5HW2DD1- 1.5 Ton) at a cost of Rs. 18, 690. This AC was installed by LG's person on 17.4.2010. After installation when it was switched own by hin it was making lot of noice. He advised me to contact Customer Care and lodge a complaint. I immediately did so. My complaint was booked and I was given its No. C1041736979. Next day i.e. on 18.4. Mr. Kamal, Engineer from LG visited and found that a leg of the compressor is broken. He called his office from my house itself and said that it cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. he collected a copy of the voucher from me and said that within two -three days it will be done. Still as on today I have not got my AC replaced. The important thing is that no body is there to reply me regarding my complaint. First no body will pick the phone. If picked up he doesn't have any clue about the complaint. I can name the persons whom I spoke to who replied in avery casual manner without showing any sense of responsibility.

I urge the administration of LG India to take strict action against the persons posted at Servotech Services and address my complaint immediately.
