Non function of mobile

I purchased LG mobile phone model KP-500 IMEI NO. 35270103137822 vide bill no. 25611 dated 28.10.09 from Celluar's Kota-7 for value Rs. 8400.00.

The mobile starts giving problem since beginning like getting hanged on its own very frequently, connectivity problem even in the area where other make mobile gives very good connectivity of same same service provider.

Since last one month it has become total out of service & its touch screen is totally dead. I am trying to get it repaired since last one month, but I cold not get it so far. It is an unfortunate part of customer to buy such a inferior & poor quality products of LG on high cost. Really LG mobile are hopeless. In my opinion, LG India should get refund full money of its product for all those customer who wants to get their refund.

In view of above, I immediately want to get full refund of LG defective mobile set.
