Service executive not attending Service Call / Fack promises give by call centre

I purchased LG Double Door refrigerator as on 23/11 & within warranty period its timer stop to working. After compliant, company change it.
But in Jan, refrigerator stop to giving cooling, so I called to customer care & they sent service executive.
He examine refrigerator & told that there is Gas leakage problem & since product is out of service we need to pay Rs. 1100/- for repair it. So we paid Rs. 1100/- to Mr. Moin of LG service centre & he repaired refrigerator.
But to my surprise, even before completing 3 months refrigerator start given same problem. I again called to call centre & as on 15/04 Mr. Khan from LG service center, Miraroad visited to my home & he examine product & say that there is chock up problem, I’ll come back on 17/04 or 18/04 with gas & solve problem.
But till now he never comes back or call. I continues calling with LG call center & call center making only hollow promises that technician will visit today, which never come true.
I just frustrate with follow up with company & not getting any solution for my problem.
