Dear all,

This complaint was lodged by me on 4th jan and till date, 27th jan) nobody has attending my problem seriously.

I realise that comparing between sony and samsung --LG SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR

Everyday i am calling croma and lg person but no one is interested to study the problem carefully .i have two year extended warrany even though thay behave like this.

Really i am frustrated on their service and hence forth i will not going to buy LG products.
