Bad quality product

Hi,

I have purchased LG 26 inch LED TV from one of the dealer from Banaglore. Last sunday 25th Sep 2011 the moment i tried to turn the TV On the Main Power of my house got dripped.

I had raised a complaint with the customer care. The Service person had come and said that the main board of the TV is gone. I do not understand how this can happen when there is no voltage fluctuation and the power of the TV is always put off when not in use.

I guess LG is not providing products up to the mark and within one year of the purchase this compaint has come. Werease i have used other TV's which are working perfectly fine for years.

I would request LG to privde a free replacement for the item damaged as it would not put LG in good books of customer satisfaction if service not provided.
