DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I am a customer of LG products. And i have bought a cellphone LG KG300 DYNAMITE in september for Rs. 7400 approx.
and this cellphone showed the IMEI NO. problem on november 30th... i went to lg customer service center in FARIDABAD city.
V.R. INFOCOM is the name of the service center which is authorised by LG and located on shop no.44, nearby NEELAM FLYOVER, NEELAM CHOWK, NIT FARIDABAD, HARYANA. PIN CODE IS 121004.
I showed them my phone and they fixed the IMEI NO. problem (RECIEPT NO. is R301109015) but they left some fault in the phone immediatetly after repairing... i found that my phone continued to get shutdown after every 1 or 2 hour of operation. i told them about this problem and their response was shocking... they told me that they are not responsible for any problem in my phone... and told me to repair it somewhere else...
i am very frustrated and dissatisfied... and seeking for someone to resolve my problem .please help me...
my phone is still switch off. and repairing of it is very costly to me... and the service center is responsible for all the fault... they why should i pay for it???
please help me to sort out my problem.
