LG KM 900
Service issue

Hi,

i have a LG KM900 worth rs/19, 000. and i repaired it from LG authorized service center Meerut and they told me after a month that it is water damaged cell but still we are repairing it free of cost and i need to pay only for PCB worth rs/250. and i gave them rs 250. Bill no. 1830 but after a month again i faced a problem and i went to ASC then again i replaced a part LCD worth rs/1875. bill no. 1297 then i see that my PCB is stuck by the cello tape then I called ASC manager Mr. Jyoti and he said that last time they repaired my cell free of cost but i have a bill for PCB replacement. then why did they stuck PCB by cello tape.

but i am not getting any satisfactorily answer from any body.

still my cell is in service center and they are not even able to switch it on, and its been three days.

now warranty of my cell is out dated.

PLZ. reply me if anyone can give me any solution for it.
