LG LCD 22''
No Display

Dear Concerned,

I bought a 22" LCD from local dealer in nagpur on 22nd May. LG executive installed it on 25th May at 06:10 pm. But after few hours of installation this LCD dispalyed only white screen. I lodged a complaint, their executive came but at that time no white screen appeared and TV responded perfectly.

But on 26th June it happened again and i lodged the complaint (Complait ID - C1062819917) ON 28th June. Since that date my TV is not working. I ve called atleast 10 times in their customer care but no reverts as yet.

One fine day their enginner came and said its mother board is faulty and have to replace it, i said do it, but no one turned up to change that Mother board. On 22nd July engineer again came with mother board but that gentleman said i mistakenly picked wrong mother board and this doen't fit in your LCD and we have to carry your LCD to our local service centre. I agin said OK but no one turned up again.

Sir, plz help me... i am feeling cheated by this company.
