Poor customer services

Sir,

I would like to bring your kind attention to the fact that i had purchased an LCD 26 inches LG television back in February. I have been encountering many problems regarding the video showing on the TV set. I had lodged the complaint first time on 22-12 and the complaint was attended after three days of constant reminding and great inconvenience on our part. The repairmen informed that the inverter board needs to be replaced but that it is out of stock. I have had over three visits from your people but still no service has been provided.

I would strongly like to convey my displeasure and it has caused me a lot of

inconvenience over the period. So i kindly request you to immediately look into

the matter and provide us with timely assistance.
