LG LCD
Not working for w.e.f. 10.07.10

My Model is 19LH20R (NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR ABOVE LIST), a flat TV from LG with serial no. 911LPKW004557 manufactured in Nov' 09. No picture is coming although sounds are there and also channels are getting changed. Your Guwahati representative Mr. Saurabh Phookan (099575-57586) visited my place on 12.07.10 and some other again came on 14.07.10. They tried to change the enitire module, control board but they failed. Undersigned requests for a replacement of the TV.

A mail was wrongly sent to LG Australia on 17.07.10 . They have replied to lodge the complaint with LG India
