I purchased a lcd tv from "Chhavi Enterprises, 24/73-76 Kishori Niwas,

Birhana Road, Kanpur" on 30-06. There was a offer of Airtel DTH on

this product & for that I was supposed to send a draft of Rs.99/- to

"Spectra Mind Marketing (P) Ltd." along with a photo-copy of the bill of

purchase with the serial number of the tv.

I did all of the above, but till date I have not received the DTH.

I have repeatedly called the customer care department but they say that

they are not responsible for any offer's advertised in the news-paper and

the dealer tells that he is not responsible and I should contact the

company.

Is this a new way of cheating the consumers, through fordgery?

If this is the way L.G. company is governed, by thugs, then I am sorry to

inform you that you are cheating your-self because the consumer when

cheated once will not go back to that thug company!
