Did not respond in the guarntee period and now asking for a charge

We sent the request that the LG LCD TV was not working in the period of guarantee period, no one resoponded till the period was over and now are asking to pay for the replacement of the main board without which the TV will not work. Please help us out as to wht to do. The new complaint number which they have given is "rna101206075783"
